Return Policy

Email our Concierge team at orders@happinessdrinksco.com to initiate a return.

We do not accept refunds on products that have already been shipped. If you cancel prior to shipment you are eligible for a full refund. 

DAMAGED ITEMS: Please contact us at orders@happinessdrinksco.com to resolve the issue immediately. If you refuse to accept your package because there is obvious damage to the package or to the items in the package, you can request a replacement. 

Happiness Drinks Co is not responsible for Lost, Stolen, Mis-Routed or Undelivered shipments or those seized by Customs.

Happiness Drinks Co is not responsible for duplicate orders placed by the customer online. Duplicate orders are subject to all of the guidelines laid out in the Return Policy.

Refused shipments/packages have been known to get lost in the return process and may not be returned to us. If you refuse your shipment and it does not return to our warehouse, we are unable to issue a refund.
